Details
- The mini flat roll unit is used for simple pre-cooling and thermoforming of flat films and tapes made of TPU or TPE up to a width of 120mm and a thickness of 4mm.
- The hot, still plastic extrusion material is guided through the adjustable rollers, shaped, and then directed into the cooling bath.
- On request, the rollers can be provided with a toothed or knurled profile, which allows for the application of a profiling to the product.
