Cutting Unit / Guillotine
type ASE 60-30, mobile or stationary for cutting hard or soft profiles
A new design for our mobile cutting units (guillotine) for hard or soft profile without steel reinforcement.
The basis structure of the machine consists of a stable aluminium profile frame with sheathing elements. The machine is easily adjustable by means of the height adjustable standard machine stands. Alternatively the machine can be ordered with wheels, which at additional costs and on request can also be height adjustable. In front of and behind the cutting device which is mounted on a plate on bearings the extrudate is held in place by plastic rolls with guide rails.
The product is clamped on both sides of the cut. As with our proven cutting saws the starting point of the plate can be pre-set depending on speed. The cutting process is controlled and monitored by an SPS precision control.

Description
The plate and cutting unit follow the profile movement during the cutting process and return to their initial position when the cut has been carried out.
The cut is triggered by the measuring wheel with shaft encoder mounted to the frame or in combination with an Ankele belt pull-off directly by the shaft encoder at the drive shaft. The cutting unit can be switched from mobile to stationary operation.
Other sizes as well as special executions are available on request.
