we extended our product range for a
punch unit type STE 1-80 running along
to punch into plastic profiles a oval or round hole
with a maximum diameter of 15mm.
basic mechanism and function:
- aluminium ground baseplate with mounted punching mechanism stored on a linear system
- material in-/ discharge guidance
- customer and product specific punching unit
- kunden- und produktbezogene Stanzeinheit
- a Siemens sps for monitoring the automatical punch procedure
- one on the profile running therotation transducer for the lengt regulation
function mode:
the baseplate with the mounted punch unit drives during the punching procedure in the same speed as the profil, after the punch cut the baseplate returns back to its starting point.
The startpoint of the cut/punch comes from therotation transducer which runs on the profile.
the chad is omitted downward.
the punch unit can be through switched both running along and being certain operated.
