To complete our machine and installation programme we also design and manufacture custom-made, ready-to-instal cooling and calibrating systems. OUR DELIVERY PROGRAMME COMPRISES cooling baths or tanks, in short „KW“, suitable for cooling soft profiles without additional forming processes vacuum calibrating tables or reservoirs, in short „VKT“ or „VKW“, suitable for cooling profiles, tubes et cet. including a forming process under vacuum (wet or dry) vacuum calibrating baths, in short „VKB“, cooling and calibrating tanks with spray equipment to cool profiles, tubes and pipes under vacuum

cooling and spraying bath up to 6000mm standard height adjustable aluminium frame open cooling bath central water distribution overflow basin at both ends of bath central water drain options mechanical height, transverse and length adjustment of bath via crank mechanism spraying equipment blow off chambers and installations additional motor-driven length adjustment via rails on the shop floor
