APPLICATION Ankele extruders are highly efficient, reliable plastics machines proven in all fields of thermoplastics extrusion e. g. in the production of profiles, hoses, pipes, cables, pipe and profile sheathings. In modified design the extruders of series AE 1-18 to AE 1- 40 can also be used in laboratory and testing plants as well as in the co-extrusion. COMPACT AND SPACE SAVING The design of series AE 1-18 to AE 1-40 is particularly compact and space saving. Gear unit and cylinder are usually positioned in U-form. The control board is integrated into a robust substructure of aluminium profile. PELLETS AND CHIPS Due to modern and efficient units almost all thermoplastics can be processed in the form of pellets or chips in a homogeneous melt. |
