To complete our machine and installation programme we also design and manufacture custom-made, ready-to-instal cooling and calibrating systems.

OUR DELIVERY PROGRAMME COMPRISES

Ankele - Kühl-Sprühwanne mit integriertem Transportbandabzug Typ: ATBA cooling and spraying reservoirs with integrated belt haul off type: ATBA

The Ankele cooling and spraying reservoirs with integrated belt haul off are suitable for cooling smooth or corrugated pipes up to a diameter of 100mm.

The tank is installed on a support with crosswise an high adjustable, the tank is closed with acrylic glass pane. The belt of the haul off is made in CR-natural rubber. The gearbox with the coupled motor is installed outside of the tank.

The spraying nozzles which are assembled over the belt can be dosed. The product is moving exactly through the tank because there are installed profile-guideance in and in front of the tank. The central water distribution can be subjected directly from customer water-cooling-system or from a separate in the support installed autark water system with pump.

The control and regulation of the inserted haul off and pump will be done by a swivel arm with rotary operating cabinet.
